You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition. To start a return, contact us at returns@heydayrealm.com. Return postage is your responsibility.
Once received, we’ll refund your original payment method, including standard delivery charges where applicable.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
